• All closes and due dates are 23:59 UTC/All opens and reveals are 00:01 UTC. Posts here will advise if for whatever reason anything is extended.
• As always, here is the handy Time Zone Converter, set to 00:00 UTC, feel free to change the date as needed, add or subtract a second, and pop your own time zone in.

Rules

• Be nice. No flaming, kink shaming, personal attacks, ship bashing, all of that.
• No sexually explicit underage art. That's not me, that's the law. If you want to make art of underage characters, please keep it G rated.
• No plagiarism. Works should be new, for this fest. You can use them to fill prompts (such as bingo cards) elsewhere assuming the other event allows that but please bear in mind that the idea is that this is for your matchee.
• Be respectful of your matchee's DNW list. DNWs are only enforceable if they are on your ao3 sign up.
• This is more a mod request than a rule but, please say thank you for your gift. Even if it wasn't your cup of tea, someone tried and even a kudos is better than nothing at all.
• Be aware that anything other than your tags are optional details.

Requirements

• Fic should be a minimum of 1,000 words. There is no maximum.
• Art should be a piece of full-size art, either digital or traditional.
• For the moment that's going to be the only mediums allowed. If there's interest then perhaps there could be themed rounds for things like fan mixes.
• There should be none of your matchee's DNWs in there.
• Works must new, for this fest, completed. They should not be sequels (or prequels) to other works or require other works for them to make sense.

Eligible Fandoms

• For a fandom to be eligible, it needs to have been made by or distributed by, the CW. I've listed the dramas and comedies in the interests on the profile. I'm also open to accepting reality shows, kids shows and RPF of any type of show

Nominations

• Because of the smaller set of eligible fandoms but larger ensembles, you will be able to nominate; 05 Fandoms, 10 Relationships, 05 Freeforms
• Relationships can either be platonic (Character A & Character B), romantic and/or sexual (Character A/Character B) or adversarial (Character A VS Character B).
• Please try to use canon tags where available.
• Please try to specify alternate versions of characters in your nomination if possible (such as Earth X or End Verse)
• Crossovers are allowed, provided at least one character is from a CW show. Please nominate crossovers as: Character A/Character B (Crossover) or Character A & Character B (Crossover) and nominate them under "Crossovers - Fandom"
• There can be more than two people in a ship or in a group, threesomes, moresomes and poly configurations welcome.
• Original Characters may not be nominated at this time.
• Please try to keep freeforms as broad as possible, with things such as genres, tropes and kinks rather specific prompts.

Sign Ups

• Minimum and maximums both for requests and offers are as follows; 03-10 Fandoms, 01-10 Relationships and 03-20 Freeforms
• Fandoms do not need to be unique for requests. If you want to nominate certain characters in one slot and relationships in another, that's fine. You can fill your slots up how you like. I will only ask for more than one unique fandom in the case of a participant that is unmatchable otherwise. A minimum of 3 unique fandoms is needed for offers.
• There will be ticky box options for "Any Relationship" and "Any Freeform" but please make sure you are absolutely comfortable with every option if you choose this.
• There will also be a rating option in your sign up, please tick what you are comfortable receiving and what you are comfortable giving. You can tick more than one option. If you are comfortable with any rating, please check all boxes.
• AO3 ratings roughly translate as follows; General Audiences - G, Teen - PG13, Mature - R, Explicit - NC17
• There will also be a "Warning" Option. This is not for warnings, but actually to select Art or Fic (or both) as your desired medium. For Art, please select "a" and for fic, please select "f".

Matching

• In the first instance, matching will run to try and match on at least one Rating, one Fandom, one Medium, one Relationship and one Freeform. Should this be impossible or result in a lot of pinch hits, then I will run it again without the Freeform, but ao3 will still give preference to matching Freeforms.
• You are only required to write for the things you match on, however, you're welcome to write anything they've requested.
• In the case of ao3 not being able to run freeform matching, please give the freeform tags consideration but you will only be bound by the DNWs, if that should happen. I will post here to advise if freeform matching was possible or not.

Your Assignment

• You will be emailed your assignment as soon as matching is complete. Please check your spam folders before worrying. Please contact me in the event of an ao3 glitch should you not actually match on anything your assignment has asked for.

Pinch Hits

• Should the need arise, I'll post pinch hits here to the community. If you would like to take them on, please reply to that post with a (screened) comment giving your ao3 username if different from your DW username.
• You do not need to be signed up to pinch hit.
• There is no limit on how many pinch hits you can take on but please bear in mind the deadline may be shorter.

Treats

• Anyone is welcome to write treats, whether you're signed up or not. Simply post to the collection and add the person's name in the "Gift this work to..." section. There is no limit on the amount of treats you can write or the amount of treats you can get.
• If you wish to write something that hasn't been prompted, or contains a DNW but is inspired by someone's prompt then please feel free to gift it to the collection at large or to the mod account.

Defaulting

• I completely understand if people have to drop out, real life is rarely respectful of fandom commitments. If you need to drop for any reason, please do so by going to "Your Assignments" tab on AO3 and hitting the default button. Please do this as soon as you know you can't finish it, so that pinch hitters will have as much time as possible to fill it.
• There is no penalty for defaulting before the deadline. There will be a post reminding people that assignments are due at various stages. If you think you are going to be late, but you are sure you will have it finished within 24hrs of the deadline, please leave a (screened) comment on one of these posts and I won't default you.
• If you either don't say anything and default on/after the deadline or you ask for an extension and still don't have a finished work by reveals, you may not be able to participate in the future.
• If you have defaulted and the person who matched with you defaults, you will not be put forward for pinch hitting, we will just call it quits.
• If you defaulted before the deadline but for whatever reason find yourself able to participate again, please consider picking up a pinch hit or writing a treat.
